Planning: War in the City

Like "The Four", I composed War in the City loosely from notes. The original notes when I planned out the idea I have long since lost, but in my files I found some of the notes I made later on. This was after the main arc of the story had already been sketched out. Since I never finished this story, many of the ideas sketched out never got around to.

Cicero--First victim of fighting between Pompey and Peter's camp. He is killed by Pompey's men.

Lauto--Leaks information to the enemy. Originally in Pompey's camp, but when Pompey finds out he tries to kill her. She is saved by Peter
(Lauto loses hand again to Gaius?)

Get ride of Pulchra subplot. It takes too long and totally unrelated to main story.

Make use of the diverse areas of The City to eliminate claustrophobic feeling.

Helmus: Abducted by Pompey's men. In an electrical accident, Helmus inherits super powers.
*Ability to shoot out eletric energy. Super strength. Flying ability
